The views are extraordinary. Its proximity to the Matterhorn made it easy to hop on the gondola first thing each morning. In the afternoons we could enjoy the pool and outdoor loungers with the spectacular view. The spa area was also a great place to relax after a strenuous day in the mountains. Breakfast was delivered to the room just as ordered with quality of ingredients, particularly the variety of local cheeses and fresh bread. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our stay.

Everything - room what specious, beautifully furnished and very clean. service was top notch - everyone from the cleaning crew to the kitchen and reception were very helpful , welcoming and eager to serve, the spa was clean and relaxing breakfast was lavish , the location was great. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

It was perfect and exactly how we imagined. Amazing views of the Matterhorn from the room and dining space. Great staff specially Martin, who managed the dinner for us on request. Don’t have the name but the morning breakfast cook was super nice and courteous. Absolutely loved the service. Breakfast spread was good too. Rooms were super cozy and big and best was the heated bathroom floor.

Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 656 ft or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cozy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements.
