the location was unbelievably outstanding. couldn't ask for for more perfect.

The location, clean the cleaning, the simple but functional design and the staff that were kind and helped in all sort of needs.

It is a really nice hotel with modern rooms and bathrooms and a very good breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is also close to the city center which means having a car is not necessary.

I love Barcelo hotels, and this one did not disappoint! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about the city with great recommendations for where to go :)

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The Japanese bidet was a great and unexpected touch. The hotel is just a few minutes’ ride from the Alhambra, and bus and metro stops are within a short walking distance. A supermarket is also very close, and the largest mall in Andalusia is only about 4–5 minutes away. My only issue was the breakfast. I understand that jamón is very popular in Spain, but unfortunately there were not many alternative options. The food may be great for those who enjoy jamón, but my family and I struggled to find suitable choices. Granada attracts visitors from many cultural and religious backgrounds, so having a few more non-pork options could be worth considering. That said, I would still stay here again and simply buy breakfast items from the nearby supermarket. Thank you to the management for a pleasant stay.

Location was perfect! Easy walk from train station and to la Alhambra and conference center. Stage were very friendly and helpful with anything needed.

Convenient location to sites. Spotless clean. Very comfortable room. Staff was excellent especially Victoria who answered our questions, provided directions, made restaurant recommendations, etc. Christmas decorations were very nice.

I love this hotel, a combination of beautiful old Spanish style with contemporary art and paintings everywhere, each room is specially designed to highlight a Spanish poet or writer. Excellent reception, very warm, friendly and helpful. Very good location in the historic center.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The hotel staff at the checkin desk was super nice. We had to check out early and store the luggage before the front desk was open. They went extra way to make sure everything worked out perfectly. Really appreciate their efforts!

Reception was great. Marina was especially helpful. Loved the colorful, upbeat room and facilities. Great location. We appreciated the “matrimonial bed” and the mini fridge.
