This is an extraordinary hotel. It is a beautifully restored 16th Century building. The common area is magical. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet treat. It is individually served, not a buffet. This is luxury at an affordable price. And the hotel is right in the heart of the old city.

Breakfast: The breakfast made me laugh out loud, it was so impressive. I can honestly say I have never experienced a breakfast as comprehensive in my life. Bravo. Room: We were given an unexpected room upgrade to what we believe to be one of the best rooms in the complex. I would love to personally thank the member of staff that granted the upgrinely ade. The room could not have been better. Location: 1.2km from Conil and we had our bicycles with us; couldn't have been better. Staff: Best of all was the attitude of the whole team, from Reception to Cleaners, to Restaurant, every one of your staff just seemed to be happy, smiling and always acknowledged us. Remarkable!

Convenient location to sites. Spotless clean. Very comfortable room. Staff was excellent especially Victoria who answered our questions, provided directions, made restaurant recommendations, etc. Christmas decorations were very nice.

Location and great boutique hotel near the old city. Amazing staff. Taxis in Granada were less expensive than Uber. Uber can not go to all areas in the old city.

very good location, near the bus stop to get to Alhambra (you can also take a taxi for less than 10eu), few minutes away from the Albaicin district and Mirador San Nicolas one of the best views. The hotel is cozy and intimate, very clean and spacious room and bathroom, quiet room with air conditioner. helpful and kind staff.

Location was great, just bear in mind that the street is very narrow, so your car will not reach the hotel (but this is common on all the city centre, nothing to do with the hotel). Staff was very friendly.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! Location is right by the old town and still very quiet. Rooms are beautiful and super clean. Service is absolutely incredible! When I said we were celebrating our anniversary they gave us an upgrade and asked for a photo of us. When we got to the room, there was a frame with our photo, a bottle of champagne and a cake. The most thoughtful gesture. Nahuan was the one who organised everything, incredible service, but all staff made sure our experience was the best possible! Breakfast is delicious and bed is super comfy. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s worth the price!

I love this hotel, a combination of beautiful old Spanish style with contemporary art and paintings everywhere, each room is specially designed to highlight a Spanish poet or writer. Excellent reception, very warm, friendly and helpful. Very good location in the historic center.
