Cleanliness,design, location ( very close to the train station), the air conditioner and the friendly staff.

The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful room with amazing views of Nice.

This gorgeous boutique hotel is situated overlooking the sea while at the same time being within easy walking distance to the old town of Nice and the beautiful beach promenade. Apart from the functional tastefully decorated rooms, fabulous restaurant (and breakfast!!) I think the staff interaction stood out for me in this hotel. From the time I booked the correspondence from management was excellent and so helpful. I was able to book transport between the hotel and neighboring towns and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and during our stay every member of staff was so friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Nice.

Amazing location, the room service was good!

Fantastic location, very short walk to the train station and a very simple nearly straight brief walk to park areas as you continue your walk to the beach. Very safe and clean area. The Express grocery on the way to the sea has a variety of items you might need as well as food. The room is simple and met our needs. The hot water is very hot so test it to your liking! Nice firm mattress and room heater (it was cool out in March) was perfect. No elevator but they will help bring luggage to the room. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the room was cozy and clean, towels were changed every day, there was everything needed like air conditioner, kettle, hair dryer etc. And the receptionist was friendly and nice!

Everything! It was so quaint and charming and very comfortable. Fred showed us every detail including the amazing rooftop with the billion dollar view! We loved it!

Incredible views from our own terrace. Room was a great size and very clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed playing on the grass tennis courts with the view

The room was comfortable and aesthetic with nice amenities in a beautiful property/location. Lula was very sweet and welcoming to us every day.

Lovely place and highly recommend! It close to the road with few resturants, bakery etc and you cant hear any noise so nice and quiet! The train station is close and really useful. There was a bus that does take you from the road down, but we were always happy to do the walk.

The property was in a great location. You could walk anywhere from the hotel. They also had breakfast available for a small fee, which was very convenient and the staff was very polite and helpful.
