TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Non-Smoking Property To ensure the comfort of all our guests, the property is non-smoking. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking both inside the guest room and throughout the garden. Additional cleaning fees may apply in the event of non-compliance. 2. No Pets To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we regret that we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind on the premises. 3. Cancellation by the Property As part of our annual renovation programme, there may be rare occasions where we are required to cancel a reservation. Should this occur, we will notify you as promptly as possible and arrange a full refund of all amounts paid. We sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 4. Care of the Property We take great pride in welcoming our guests to a well-maintained and comfortable space. We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and leave it in good condition upon your departure. Any damage to the property or its furnishings may be charged accordingly. 5. Quiet Hours and Gatherings Our property is first and foremost a place of rest and relaxation. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and to refrain from organising parties or loud gatherings.
