Nice and spacious room. The receptionist on duty was really kind when my partner fell ill and could not get out of bed so she allowed us to check out a bit later so he could rest before we had our flight. It was an exceptional ask and I was grateful they could accommodate that.

Staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I was hot in the room, they bought me up a large fan and located a large bottle of fizzy water for me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Ideally situated for the designer village

Location great. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, shower with shower gel & shampoo. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, the coffee from the machine was lovely and offered a variety of choices. There is also a Toby Carvery on the complex which we visited and a petrol station with a M&S If we were to be in the area again, would stay here again. Shopping complex 7 mins drive away, with designer outlet and selection of restaurants.
