Amazing hotel very frdly staff amazing location

Nice location. Great value. We were able to check in earlier.

The stuff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. The AC was working properly in our room. Hotel is near three different underground lines, each 10-15 walk from the hotel.

Exceeded expectations very good all round

The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and has everything we needed for a week in the city. Having an air conditioning system during this heatwave was definitely a plus. The location is perfect. The hotel is so silent at night we had the best night sleep.

It was clean and close to the hammersmith tube station. Tons of shopping all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave early to catch a flight and they still provided us breakfast (breakfast is delivered straight to your room)

Misbah and Abdullah are lovely people, really helpful and made us feel welcome. The apartment was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Location, comfortable rooms, exceptional breakfast buffet

Central location. We were upgraded on arrival to a larger room which we greatly appreciated as it allowed us to set up two large suitcases. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the Club room!

The location couldn't have been better, half way between the Thames and Trafalgar Square. The space we had was perfect and everything, the sofa, the chairs around the table and the bed were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We had a problem with the TV, we called reception and the very helpful and knowledgeable service staff were knocking on our day within 10 minutes, and they fixed our problem within 2 minutes.

This is my new favorite in London. What and excellent hotel. Elegant and understated, yet super comfortable and exclusive. The best spa in London. Absolutely fantastic! We will certainly be back.

Outstanding chic, boutique hotel accommodation in the perfect location. For exploring inner London and attending West End shows. The hotel staff are exceptional, caring professional people who did their best to make our stay memorable. We look forward to returning to stay at St Martin’s Lane again - and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
