CroatiaI was staying alone to break up a long drive south and this was such a nice surprise. Really gorgeous room with so many nice touches and incredibly comfortable. So much character too. The breakfast was also great and all the staff really friendly. A really cool place to stay. Also, even though it’s a pub with rooms it didn’t feel like that. Everything was hotel quality, spotlessly clean and a lot of effort has gone into the rooms so they feel really special.

I only stayed overnight for work, and was perfect for that beds are super comfy and there’s a desk to work at. Bathroom facilities are lovely with Rituals products. Staff are super friendly and the location is great to get around kensington. Didn’t get to try out the restaurant and bar facilities but they looked really nice and lots of room service selection was available. The interior design was gorgeous and modern and super clean - especially the lobby which was stunning. I would definitely stay for longer in the future!

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean and utterly pristine. Wonderful decor throughout the hotel by the interior designer that had been used, making it a lovely place to stay. Breakfast in the dining room was a beautiful experience what with the hotel's uninterrupted, panoramic views over the River and the attentive staff. All staff we encountered were a credit to the Hotel's owners.

Shibden Mill Inn is an absolutely exquisite place. This is probably one of the finest hotels, restaurant, Inn that we have come across.
Truly wonderful eye for every detail around the property, it’s an interior designers paradise.
Beautifully kept gardens, with the sounds of flowing waters from the stream/river across from the hotel.
Our room was absolutely divine!
The staff are beautifully trained, with lovely smiles and our interactions were delightful.
The food….breakfast, lunches ,dinner, drinks are just Wow 🤩

Stunning hotel - the design of the rooms and the main areas is exquisite, everything is thought through. The restaurant and cocktail bar are great, breakfast was very good as well. The spa is lovely and the working hours are quite long but try to book the treatments in advance as it gets busy. You can also walk around beautiful lake, river and the forest located at the hotel grounds. In short, it's a gorgeous hotel - you won't be disappointed.

Sleek, stylish exterior and interior. Lovely designer touches throughout. Beautifully kept. Lovely on call manager introduced herself on check in which was nice. We were also given a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise!
Lovely friendly staff in the restaurant Holborns and also the cocktail bar staff were so friendly including the doorman who was chatty and friendly giving us tips for entrance to the cocktail bar that we weren’t informed of on check in.
