The staff was unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to assist and make our visit truly enjoyable. Maria at the reception desk was incredibly nice and kind thus making our stay a perfect one - the Samaria is lucky to have her.

What a spectacular location! 50 metres from the harbour, and the roof terrace and some rooms have a view right over it. The interior decoration is done with great care. Reception and cleaners were around during the day and (I think) even into the evening. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast on the roof is a real treat, looking over that view. It feels like a boutique hotel. We were so happy to stay here. The garden suite has 2 separate rooms and a little kitchen area, plus an outdoor table in the courtyard, but it doesn't have a view.

The location is great and it is easy to get to all locations in the old harbor area. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The elevator is an added bonus.

Everything is perfect! The room is super clean and new. I love the terrace they have in common area, we are group of 7, and we were able to hangout together in the evening. Hotel people weee super nice, breakfast was delicious, every day was a little different. We will come back again!

Perfect stay! As a solo traveller I felt at home very well maintained, daily cleaned rooms with all the amenities you may need including espresso machine, hairdryer and even an iron. The location is the best 5 mins walk to the bus station and port. I was so lucky to find this hotel for a very fair price. Hopefully I wi come back again.

Lovely room with an excellent location. The hotel owner was extremely polite and helpful, giving us plenty of good tips on restaurants, places to see and things to do. The breakfast in the small nearby restaurant was also great and the staff very kind.

Location is fantastic and only a very short walk to the port. The room was comfy with high ceilings and complimentary drinks. They had a gift store attached to the hotel but was partially closed due to the season however we still purchased things there with the host. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not open as well due to the season (seemed to be remodeling).

Good location and excellent service

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the old town, but also near the Venetian port. Our room was beautiful, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was stylish and functional. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were delightful and helpful, particularly Carolina. There’s nothing we can fault about our stay!
