I liked everything about this property. The location is superb, just across the water from Lecco and a short and pleasant stroll down an few steps to the beautiful Malgrate waterfront. The property itself is very lovely. But the thing that really sets this property is the staff who were uniformly helpful, friendly and welcoming. My new favorite hotel in the world.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. My luggage was lost at the airport and they were able to provide me with some emergency items and also help with getting back to Milan to pick up my suitcase the next day. The hotel is clean and has all the little extras that make the stay memorable, as well as great breakfast. I will definitely return.

Good location especially if you are traveling with car. Very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. Excellent and varied breakfast. At the hotel area you have a very good restaurant (even with a playroom for kids). We enjoyed our stay.
