Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ordered In-room dining for dinner and it was so good. Location of hotel is excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. This was a fabulous place to stay. The house, rooms, kitchen, eating areas were immaculate. The host, Gina, could not have been more accommodating. The hotel has very good location, just a few minutes by walk from the downtown. They have great staff - very friendly and helpful and despite of rather big traffic during the day at the reception they were always easily reachable and available to talk to and also able to advice on any topic I addressed to them. They had fresh water throughout the day and also complimentary coffee + tea in the lobby in the morning (and the coffee actually tasted quite good compared to what you get elsewhere). My room with city view on 15th floor was amazing - spacious with two closets, sofa with leg rest and a nice working desk right next to the window, great view over the city. The room was clean and the room design and overall decoration was to my liking. Good quality and pleasant bed linen, good matrass and pillows - I slept better than home, to be honest. The hotel is just a minute of walk to train station of the red line and around 15 minutes by walk to the blue line (or you can take the red one and change on the next stop to the blue).
