Spier is a beautiful estate which was renovated earlier this year. Staff is very helpful. The grounds are huge with loads of facilities and things to do.

I stayed here last minute after my flight was cancelled. While I arrived late in the evening, the staff on duty were incredibly welcoming and kind, especially appreciated after a hectic travel day. They made sure I was able to get settled in. The room was absolutely wonderful, with a spacious bathroom, room, and balcony, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Small touches like the kettle being pre-filled were greatly appreciated. While I’m happy my flight was rescheduled, I wish I had more time to enjoy staying here, not just because of the room and location but also because of the welcoming and kind staff.

The property was beautiful! The staff was welcoming and helpful! The rooms were clean with gorgeous views of the mountains! We watched the moon rise over the mountain it was magical! We will never forget our stay!

Beautiful property with a pool and view of the surrounding mountains. All the rooms seemed beautifully done, very modern and clean. The breakfast was very good, inside or in the garden. Fairly conveniently located next to Stellenbosch and wineries. Car required though.

Very comfortable room in a quiet suburb. Breakfasts were fantastic & good choice of tea & coffee in the room. Satellite television with lots of channels available & Netflix. Management & staff were all very friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed my stay & will definitely book again
