Great location, right next to the cliff path, and a good distance to the more dodgy areas of Hermanus. Staff were amazing - very helpful in suggestions and accommodating to requests. Breakfast was great. Rooms are comfortable and love the bamboo theme. Facilities are really nice, including the common areas and pool area. Parking is comfortably available.

Loved everything about this stay. The host is available for advice, quick to help if anything is needed. It has all of the little touches that make a stay enjoyable. Milk in the fridge when you arrive, coffee setup was great, very tastefully decorated. Amazing hiking up the mountains or along the coast right from your door. Walking distance from nice beach and good restaurants.

Located against Hermanus Mountain, Selkirk House has spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and panoramic views over Walker Bay.

This is truly one of a kind, a beautiful luxury home. From the greeting upon arrival to the farewell it couldn’t have been better. We loved the rooms, our bedroom with great views and so spacious to the lounges, pool area and great breakfast. Perfection!

The breakfast was wonderful--very fresh and well prepared. The location was exceptional. The hotel sits on a point overlooking the bay. We had come for whale watching, and could see the whales swimming from our room. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful in making dinner and activity reservation and airport transfers.
