Great location and all the staff were exceptional! We loved having the tub in our room to have a soak after biking all day. Loved having the robes in the closet that were available for us. Bed, linens and room were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the staff were able to accommodate my dietary needs.

Traditional building with excellent sensitive renovation to combine traditional with modern. I am an interior designer and I was impressed by a creative modern approach respecting the original aspects of building interior. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything. The gorgeous room, the wonderful breakfast, the lovely host, David, who came out to greet us when we parked and helped with bags, the welcoming cream tea on arrival, the convenience for the theatre and concert hall, all the little extra touches. The Townhouse easily matches and in some cases surpasses the bigger 'luxury' hotels we've stayed in.

Beautiful hotel whose public space is cool with great design. Excellent city centre location. The room was bigger than expected (described as ‘cozy’ on the site but quite roomy) and the decor and furniture in the room was gorgeous. Staff v friendly at reception and in bar. Didn’t eat there as had dinner and brunch bookings elsewhere.
