Me and my faimly very happy to stay this Hotel everything is perfect and about Breakfast every dish was very testy and location amazing everything walking area and can go any place Metro front of Hotel gate.

I recently stayed at the Flora Al Barsha Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in and late checkout at no extra charge, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff at Flora Al Barsha Hotel were incredibly friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any queries or needs I had. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently close to the Metro station. This made it easy to explore the city and access various attractions without any hassle. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, with a decent selection of options to start the day. While it wasn't the most extravagant breakfast I've had, it certainly met my expectations and provided a good start to my mornings.

As always, Kempinski’s attitude toward its guests is on top! Once again, we had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The mini fridge was excelent and kept all the beer cold XD. Complimentary water was always provided, room was clean and floor isnt carpeted (which i love). Staff were so friendly and welcoming, specially Tshering at reception had all the answers and was very professional.

The hotel was nice and clean, the service was good and professional, the receptionist Jhimli in particular was nice and helpful.

Room space was comfort. location was close to World Trade Center (exhibition), breakfast was nice ( food collection was good)

*Great Location 15 min from Max metro station and 15 min to Burj khalifa. *well equipped and clean gym, and pool . *very professional and helpful staff . * clean and good size rooms .

This is my 5th or 6th stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel. Every time i choose this hotel for the same reason, excellent services, good value for the price, mall of the emirates is downstairs, and of course the quality of rooms.
