It was affordable & not far from places we were visiting. Not far from Dubai international airport.
Front desk personnel were friendly: David, Sara, Camelia, Sisal & Madhu
When we arrive our hotel room view was to the contraction site but we didn’t like the view & fortunately Madhu ask the front desk staff & we were moved to a nice view. THANK YOU

The room is very bright and comfortable. Everything is new and clean. The hotel staff is very nice, kind, and attentive. They are always ready to help if needed. I arrived in Dubai and checked into the hotel on my birthday. They decided to surprise me and decorated the bed! It was so sweet and unexpected. Thank you Yamkala & Durga for that!) I spent a great 5 days at this hotel and came back again. Everything was wonderful.

The room was neat and tidy. Hotel location is super accessible to metro station, restaurants and supermarkets. Great value for the price.

I had a truly wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent.
What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff — especially Eny at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and assistance made me feel genuinely welcome.
She even allowed me a late check-out without any extra charges, which made my last day so much more comfortable and stress-free. Eny is truly a great example of what top-level hospitality should be.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for a memorable experience!
