Location is great despite the traffic coming in and out. The beach and pool are great and the hotel is clearly top notch as most of hotels in Dubai. What stood out the most was the amazing and professional staff all over at every section in hotel, they are super friendly and welcoming and that what will stick in my memory from our family's great holiday trip. Special thanks goes out to Borak who noticed a my son's birthday and sent a complimentary birthday cake, and to Ali Reza who was fantastic with us and kind to my son and did a brilliant job with room keeping.

On May 25th, when I settled our account, it was again Marco who assisted us with the same grace and attention to detail. He left a lasting impression — a true gentleman and a credit to the Ritz-Carlton team. A very special thank you to Karla and the Ritz-Carlton Concierge Team, who organized an unforgettable birthday surprise for my wife on the evening of May 24th. When we returned to our room, we were overwhelmed by the beauty: elegant decorations, a delicious birthday cake, and an absolutely stunning bouquet of roses. It was magical and heartfelt — something we will never forget. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views. Housekeeping visited multiple times a day, always leaving the room in pristine condition and often surprising us with creative towel arrangements and small, thoughtful touches. Everything in the room was constantly checked and maintained — a true standard of excellence. We also enjoyed access to the Club Lounge, where breakfast and all-day culinary offerings were consistently outstanding. The service was warm and attentive, and the selection was both varied and of exceptional quality. The beach and pool areas were clean, peaceful, and elegantly arranged, perfect for relaxation during the day. Every single member of the staff — from reception to concierge, from housekeeping to the Club Lounge — treated us with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail.
