Our stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Dubai was overall a wonderful experience. Everything, from the beach services to the complimentary ice cream service, was excellent and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the helpful staff, from the bellboys to the reception team, and from the restaurant managers to the waiters. Thanks to the entire team; we’d definitely consider coming back!

Location is great despite the traffic coming in and out. The beach and pool are great and the hotel is clearly top notch as most of hotels in Dubai. What stood out the most was the amazing and professional staff all over at every section in hotel, they are super friendly and welcoming and that what will stick in my memory from our family's great holiday trip. Special thanks goes out to Borak who noticed a my son's birthday and sent a complimentary birthday cake, and to Ali Reza who was fantastic with us and kind to my son and did a brilliant job with room keeping.

Staff was very friendly especially Mr Chetan. Top guy.

Room has beautiful view, bed is comfortable. Everything looks new.

Our stay at Sheraton the walk was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the team were outstanding. Traveling with my wife and our young son, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our booking to an incredible 4-bedroom suite. It completely transformed our trip. The space, comfort, and beautiful setting made our family feel incredibly relaxed and welcomed. The location of the hotel is perfect — right by JBR Beach and The Walk, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and beautiful evening vibes. Our son absolutely loved the pool and beach access, and we enjoyed peaceful walks along the waterfront. What truly stood out was the generosity and professionalism of the staff, who made sure our stay was special from start to finish. Gestures like the suite upgrade show how much Sheraton values guest experience. Dubai is a city we visit often, and after this experience Sheraton JBR will definitely be our first choice whenever we return. The staff was very helpful, especially Miran. I got a free upgrade for my booking. The room was very clean and the view towards the harbor is stunning. The breakfast has many varieties of food. All in one, this is an excellent place.

perfect location near Persian Gulf, nice breakfast and dinner buffet. Highly recommend to have lunch in the JB Gastropub instead of Rosso restaurant.

I was sceptical about 5* rating from so many guests. but oh boy VIDA Marina did deliver… Magnificent view out of our Marina View room. Although we were just on the 8th floor, the view was still great. Everything was sparkling clean 😍 interior has such a great touch, staff’s attention to our requests were very high and everything was resolved. Definitely returning to VIDA again.

The staff are good . Housekeeping clean the room perfectly the breakfast is very nice . Ms Rizza Mona and Assad assisted me so much. I love the hotel❤️

The mini fridge was excelent and kept all the beer cold XD. Complimentary water was always provided, room was clean and floor isnt carpeted (which i love). Staff were so friendly and welcoming, specially Tshering at reception had all the answers and was very professional.

Pullman ( JLT) staff they r helping lot with smile face even room service and my flight was delayed they allowed late cheout they r understanding well

The location which is close to Almas Tower was excellent and the Room too was very comfortable and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ginelle, Elvira, Rahid, Rohan, Nimesh and Shifan were extremely friendly and helpful. I like all of them.

Absolutely lovely hotel, extremely clean. All employees are incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel has nice swimming pools and even better beach with comfortable sun beds and great beach service. The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot. Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu. The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far. The best Frozen Aperol drink!
