Really professional and quick service, breakfast was also good. The hotel is situated right next to one of the main shopping areas, and close to the subway. When we got our room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we brought this up with the front desk, they immediately allowed us to view other rooms to judge whether others were better in our view. We switched then rooms. They also offered help with switching, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we refused. A cute little robot brought us our second room card, which was also really fun to see.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was perfect, room was clean, modern and spacious, staff was very kind and helpful. There was a Lawson next to the hotel and it was walking distance or a quick Didi to many sites. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Great hotel! Gym, laundry service included for free ! Breakfast was solid, my friend had a fancier bigger place that was more expensive but mine was def better. Super easy to walk to Honya

Fantastic location, extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond. Room was clean, housekeeping was excellent, great value.
