What can I say about Lucky and the Wuyu Hotel that isn't just excellent praise? I already knew I would feel at home even before arriving there, because from the moment I booked, Lucky kept in touch to ensure that my mother and I arrived at the correct address and that we didn't have any difficulties. Unfortunately, we arrived feeling unwell, and Lucky spared no effort to help us, getting medicine, making tea, and suggesting nearby places to visit. And even after we left, she still contacted us to see if we had recovered. We felt very welcomed and well cared for. The hotel very cozy and well located. we totally recommend for everyone.

It is right at Shapingba Station, super convenient with a shopping mall, shops around. The room was very nice, clean and confortable, good bed, and a nice view. The receptionist, Dandan, was very welcoming and answered all my questions, making my stay very comfortable. Very good value for the money

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and always ready to help. The room was very clean and well organized, and the room service was perfect. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Everything was excellent, including the great location near the metro. Highly recommended!

Breakfast offerings were less broad ranged than other places I have stayed but the quality was probably better than most other places. Coffee was excellent. Staff were amazing, I was met outside the hotel and escorted in (signposting doesn't stand out) and they worked with me to allow good use of my time to explore.
I also loved having a private balcony.

The Entire Staff was wonderful and extremely Helpful!!! They were constantly making sure I got any help I needed whether it was with ordering food for delivery or getting a ride on a tour or just anything!! They even made sure that there were Breakfast items that I enjoyed for food!!
