I was a bit nervous booking Fraser Suites due to some people leaving negative reviews (and I had never been to Dalian before). However, this hotel is amazing -- the rooms are huge and cozy, and everything feels so renovated!! The breakfast is great, and although Dalian has a lot of great hotels to stay in, this one felt great for the price.

The staff and the managers were very polite and helpful. They addressed many of my requests and are extremely accommodating. The room was very clean. Gorgeous view. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Ms. Vivian Wang was especially kind to us, showing us around the restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch, it was our first time in Dalian. I hope she sees this message.
