I was a bit nervous booking Fraser Suites due to some people leaving negative reviews (and I had never been to Dalian before). However, this hotel is amazing -- the rooms are huge and cozy, and everything feels so renovated!! The breakfast is great, and although Dalian has a lot of great hotels to stay in, this one felt great for the price.

The concierge was not helpful. I had asked him to call me when my food order arrived so I can come pick it up and he didn’t . The delivery man took back my dinner order. The Assistant manager provided me a noodle soup until the order arrived again.

Great location and very comfortable rooms. The rooms sizes are quite large with all you would need for a great stay. The hotel has a few restaurants which were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast place with tons of food to choose from.

All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Always ready to help anytime. I really appreciated my stay.
Breakfast is great, with many kinds of food. Mostly Chinese food with great desserts. I loved the dumpling soup; you can choose many toppings like salt, soybean sauce, coriander, chopped spring onions, etc. Eggs, porridge, soup, I enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
Located 10~15 min walk from the Zhongshan Square, it is quiet at night. Even if the main Dalian Railway Station is behind my room, there are not many frequencies of trains, no need to worry about the noise at all. Certainly, I will come back here when I visit DCL again. Highly recommend.
