The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Loved our stay at Rock & Wood Cozy House! Vivian was a great host and very accommodating! The house was well decorated and homey. The location was great. Vivian served as tea and snacks upon arrival, and provided a great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!

Everything was great - from the time we arrived till we departed the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was by the West Lake with Lei Feng Pagoda just 10 minutes walk away, beautiful and well-kept estate, breakfast was awesome, room was huge with a living room and study. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
