Location is very convenient to shops, cable station to Tianmen Mt., Lucian and partner are very helpful and provided excellent guidance re- tour planning, etc. room is very comfortable. The only downside is no elevator but they carry luggages up to the room, which I’m sure is tough especially with very heavy suitcases. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They arranged pickup from the airport, which made everything very easy for us, and they also helped us get tickets for the parks we wanted to visit. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. The staff, especially the owner Rainbow and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind. We didn’t plan anything for our visit, but Rainbow guided us on how to make the most of our two-day stay and suggested the best tours. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have a private bathroom and toilet. The hotel is extremely affordable, offering great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Tianmen Cable Car. They also provide free drinking water, which was very convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for cheap, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Zhangjiajie with amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
