Location was so perfect just 2-3 station (5 -10 mins) with S-bahn to city center. Compared to city center this location and surroundings is very quiet and safe. there was a rewe supermarket just 5 mins walk. Hotel had everything needed (except slippers, which would be good) and they even left a snacks for us as well :)

We stayed at Mercure Hotel from 28 November 2025 till 1 December 2025. Room was very clean. Quiet area, Personnel were very friendly, especially Mrs. Ismaili, who explained everything with a lot of passion. We will come back to this Hotel for sure

Didnt know what to expect with this hotel.
Totally my own fault went a roundabout way to get there. worked out that very easy to travel to and from the main train station and the center of town.
For that fact that the Euros were on this hotel was amazing value, would highly consider and recommend if ever in Frankfurt again.
Room was amazing, clean, comfortable and even room service which a very good value fridge with soft drinks and beer in the lobby.
Staff were friendly and always of help.
Would take a lot for me to book anywhere else for a Frankfurt stay in future

The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, parking area is quite small but we were lucky to have enough space. After a long trip it was exactly what we needed and the water pressure of the shower was the cherry on top. Receptionists very friendly, would stay again for sure
