I loved everything about here, the receptionist Catherina,the restaurant ladies Gabby and Elaine were so welcoming and interesting.

We stayed at Mercure Hotel from 28 November 2025 till 1 December 2025. Room was very clean. Quiet area, Personnel were very friendly, especially Mrs. Ismaili, who explained everything with a lot of passion. We will come back to this Hotel for sure

Everything is good in this hotel. My children were so happy running around by all the hotel.

Well maintained rooms. Clean toilet, clean bedding, clean towels and sheets. The room was small, but I shouldn't expect more for the price paid. Cleanliness and friendliness of staff was top notch and so definitely recommend the place.

I was not able to see Heating systen in my room (Heizung).

Super Quite , Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and the place was easy it to find. It’s near the train station which is awesome. Using a code to get my room card is also easy and quick.

Leonid is very attentive and made an effort to make us feel comfortable, even though our checking time was at 2:00 he let us check-in a bit earlier given that the rooms were ready

Hotel was in a good quiet location.

Set opposite park with a weekly market is quiet and well cared for. Handy for S Bahn and major transport interchange at Gallus only a couple of stops away. There are a variety of restaurants and take aways nearby an d some great bakerei for breakfast. The hotel does not serve breakfasts but coffe making facilities are on the ground floor. The rooms are clean an compact - perfect fur a big city.

The location as it was very peaceful and yet it is very near to downtown.

This place is perfect for short stays. We've been here before, will happily book again if time comes.

Clean place good location great communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check-in hour is normally set to 3pm, however due to our travel schedule we arrived much earlier than that. We previously contacted the hotel to ask for an early check-in (for a fee, mind you) and the staff organized everything in order to let us in even a little but earlier. We're very grateful for that! ☺️ They were very helpful and accommodating even though we didn't speak German. Everything was clean and smelled nice - we were honestly very surprised how tidy it all was. We heard almost no noise during our stay even though the hotel seemed to be fully booked. The AC was a welcomed commodity during hot days. Everything worked great. If we ever come to Frankfurt again, NAAM will definitely be the hotel we'll try our best to check into. 😊 Vielen Dank für Alles! ❤️💛🖤

Didnt know what to expect with this hotel. Totally my own fault went a roundabout way to get there. worked out that very easy to travel to and from the main train station and the center of town. For that fact that the Euros were on this hotel was amazing value, would highly consider and recommend if ever in Frankfurt again. Room was amazing, clean, comfortable and even room service which a very good value fridge with soft drinks and beer in the lobby. Staff were friendly and always of help. Would take a lot for me to book anywhere else for a Frankfurt stay in future
