Decent flat in great location. Heating worked well and good level of cleanliness. Decent cooking utensils provided and useful toiletries and cleaning products. Lots of beds. Ground floor, good water pressure. Minimum communication with host which suited us. Free parking on street but usually very hard to find an available spot.

It was spotless. The decoration and equipment felt carefully thought out. I got a little bit of a nicer experience since they gave me a free upgrade. The automated check-in style might be a worry--I ended up forgetting my card in my room and there were no more blank cards at the reception. But with a phone call to them I was able to get a new card within minutes. Location was convenient but generally peaceful, train station is a few minutes walk, a kiosk within a minute, restaurant across the way, Rewe just a few minutes further, stadium walkable.
