Perfect place for our stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Lots of amenities included. Breakfast was excellent. Honor system snack and drinks bar was perfect for late night needs. Staff (Ana) was amazing. We will be back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I was completely impressed with their customer service. My room had a garden view, it was clean, quiet and outside smelled very nice since it is surrounded by flowers. Found useful toiletries in the room.
The breakfast was very good and variate. I appreciated that I could prepare fresh orange juice. The hotel is not far from the Madrid Chamartín train station. By taxi it took me 10 minutes and 11 euros.

Really quick check in process. Space was clean and the beds were comfortable. Downstairs is quite dark, but I liked this because I was sleeping off some jet lag. The host was super responsive!

Very clean, modern in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute leisure walk to the Metro station, that takes you right to the city center. 15 minute taxi ride from the airport, same distance to the Chamartin train station. Easy contactless check-in process, no keys needed.
