I stayed at Travelodge Torrelaguna for two nights (March 10–12) during a work trip to Madrid, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was exceptionally accommodating—especially Paola, who went above and beyond to help me navigate some last-minute changes to my check-in and check-out times. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location worked out well for me. Just a short 3-block walk gets you to a direct and very affordable bus to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable—everything I needed for a smooth work trip. I’d absolutely stay here again.

An amazing place! The staff is the best part, they’re always trying to bring you the best experience and make sure you resolve everything you need. I used the transfer from the airport and it was perfect, just waited a few minutes and they came to take me to the hotel. The room was soooo comfortable! The bed is perfect and the view from the window was really good. Last but not least, the breakfast is great! And you can take candies to the room when you leave :)

Modern clean hotel with very friendly staff. Great location with transport links outside the door. I would recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Madrid

A very comfortable hotel far away from the city center,

I wanted to stay close to the stadium so the location was perfect, also very easy access to public transportation.

It was a great value for budget and comfort balance; very close to metro station, facilities clean and in great condition. Comfy bed! Dark room perfect to sleep, very close to airport! Had to take an uber at 5 am and was 13/14 euros.

Modern designed hotel, clean rooms, amazing breakfast

My stay at Paridise suites Madrid was excellent! The hotel is very new with high quality facilities. The bed was comfortable. Towels sheets and toiletries were all provided. Staff were present at reception 24/7 and always happy to help with any queries and rooms were cleaned daily. This destination was good value for money and an ideal whilst attending a conference. Many thanks indeed for a fantastic service and comfortable stay.

It was perfect for us. We booked a room with a private bathroom which was perfect. A couple blocks from the transit and an easy ride to the airport or train stations. Very clean.

It was all good. The location was awesome, right by the bus and metro. the room was clean. The staff were nice.

Perfect place for our stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Lots of amenities included. Breakfast was excellent. Honor system snack and drinks bar was perfect for late night needs. Staff (Ana) was amazing. We will be back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I was completely impressed with their customer service. My room had a garden view, it was clean, quiet and outside smelled very nice since it is surrounded by flowers. Found useful toiletries in the room. The breakfast was very good and variate. I appreciated that I could prepare fresh orange juice. The hotel is not far from the Madrid Chamartín train station. By taxi it took me 10 minutes and 11 euros.

Good tech hostel. Felt like a movie

I chose UVE Marcenado because of its proximity to the Auditorio Nacional de Musica and I was not mistaken. Sala Sinfónica is within 10 min walking distance, Sala de Camara within 7 min walking.

Very simple check in with all doors opened through the email on my phone. Very straightforward. The room was simple but comfortable. The shared shower and toilet facilities were spotless with high pressure showers and loads of hot water. And as there was plenty of them there was no waiting on them. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel which definitely represented exceptional value. Public transport and cafes and restaurants within walking distant. Would book again for sure.

We stayed in this hotel because is halfway between Madrid downtown and the airport. There is a bus stop around the corner, walking distance. The area is really quiet.
