The staff at AC Marriott was exceptionally helpful. I felt cared for in ways that were comforting while traveling. They exceeded my expectations and will definitely be staying there when traveling from Madrid. The airport shuttle was absolutely a benefit.

Everything was great specially for transit, free shuttle buses from and to the airport, friendly staff, comfy room with everything needed (slippers, dental kit,etc..), great selection of breakfast.

I liked the convenience and comfort of the property. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the reception staff were fantastic and very helpful, and the location was ideal — just 10 minutes from the airport with a shuttle service, basement parking, and easy access to RecordGo car rental nearby.

The hotel itself was very nice, with welcoming staff and a spacious, clean room. We chose to stay there for a concert, initially thinking it was closer to the venue than it actually was. While a taxi was still necessary to get there, the location turned out to be more convenient than staying in the city center , especially when returning after the concert, as the taxi fare was significantly cheaper.

The room, the privacy and how well I could rest.. The staff is exceptional.. It is not near to the center of madrid.. But public transport is very good in this city, you can take a bus and then use the metro, it takes about 45min to arrive.. The breakfast is good also..
