Great location, very convenient!

The room was beautiful, modern and very well appointed. In particular the bed was spectacular and the shower was a delight with high quality products, including a lavender oil for sound sleep.

Location is not central but just right for our trip as we wanted to visit the stadium. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

my experience in this hotel started very well, we arrived in Madrid with an early flight and we were supposed to check in at 3pm but they gave us the room at 11am so I was very happy about it, the receptionist told me that when they do have rooms available they always try to help, The hotel is stunning, is a jardin indeed, the plants are everywhere and I loved it. We booked the most simple room because we were in Madrid just one day to connect to another flight the next day and the room was above my expectations, I can't immagine how beautiful the suite must be. Very good price as well and good location 👍🏼 100% raccomanded

I wanted to stay close to the stadium so the location was perfect, also very easy access to public transportation.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and my experience was everything I had hoped for.

Good set of amenities, good choice for breakfast including Pan Tomatoes 🍅 😋 Large bed and bedroom. Walking distance (about 15 minutes) from Nuevos Ministerios, which is direct then to airport metro. In morning not much traffic to go to Tres Cantos by taxi (for work meeting). Nice pool and rooftop bar in summer

Very friendly and accommodating staff (they let me check in early and check out a couple of hours late). The room was clean and had all the essentials. The location is good, around 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station.

Fairly priced. Good guidance to access the room (self check-in), clean common areas with amenities and room with private bathroom. Ear plugs were provided.

I arrived very early, like 7am and even though my check-in be only 2pm, they Let me access the room, I know that's depends if the room is available or not, but in my espefic case it worked, that was amazing because we were very exhausted

Excellent service. The lovely miss Alba was very diligent and gracious. The location right next to town plaza is perfect. The hotel can serve as a home base and experience the whole town. Great for a romantic retreat <3 !

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for a Real Madrid match and the match VIP hospitality was in the hotel before the match. The whole experience was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is super central and just a short walk from the Bernabau Statium We will stay again if we go back to Madrid.

How close it was to the train station.

The hotel was far from the city center. However, we chose it because we had to go to the train station early in the morning. We visited the hotel as two women on the eve of March 8th (International Women’s Day). The hotel gave us the key to a larger, brighter, and more spacious room than the one we had originally booked. We realized this as soon as we entered the room and were truly impressed by it. That was a big gesture for us. Thank you ❤️
