Everything was perfect. We loved the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different flavors. The staff was friendly and polite the whole time. They helped us to keep the luggage even after the check out so we could enjoy the city before taking the flight. We also appreciate that the hotel received us immediately even though we booked the rooms thirty minutes before arriving to the facilities.

The property was well decorated and clean

I wanted to stay close to the stadium so the location was perfect, also very easy access to public transportation.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and the room was quiet and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Location is not central but just right for our trip as we wanted to visit the stadium. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The design is beautiful, the room is comfortable, very nice hotel that I would def stay again on my next trip to spain. Staff was patiant, helpful, nice and welcoming! the helped us book a taxi and in the early morning we left they even made us coffee for the road. So sweet!!

The hotel and the room were amazing, everything you need, clean, super confortable bed, privacy and silence.

It was perfect for us. We booked a room with a private bathroom which was perfect. A couple blocks from the transit and an easy ride to the airport or train stations. Very clean.

My stay at Paridise suites Madrid was excellent! The hotel is very new with high quality facilities. The bed was comfortable. Towels sheets and toiletries were all provided. Staff were present at reception 24/7 and always happy to help with any queries and rooms were cleaned daily. This destination was good value for money and an ideal whilst attending a conference. Many thanks indeed for a fantastic service and comfortable stay.

The hotel was far from the city center. However, we chose it because we had to go to the train station early in the morning. We visited the hotel as two women on the eve of March 8th (International Women’s Day). The hotel gave us the key to a larger, brighter, and more spacious room than the one we had originally booked. We realized this as soon as we entered the room and were truly impressed by it. That was a big gesture for us. Thank you ❤️

The hotel was amazing! It exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious; every detail had been considered. The whole hotel was stylised, modern but comfortable. Loved the large tall glass windows.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I was completely impressed with their customer service. My room had a garden view, it was clean, quiet and outside smelled very nice since it is surrounded by flowers. Found useful toiletries in the room. The breakfast was very good and variate. I appreciated that I could prepare fresh orange juice. The hotel is not far from the Madrid Chamartín train station. By taxi it took me 10 minutes and 11 euros.

As always, ibis delivers great quality, absolute cleanliness, and fair pricing. The hotel is located quite far from the city center in a kind of residential area with no main attractions nearby. However, commuting is very convenient both by car and public transport: there is a bus stop right by the hotel and the metro is a 15-minute walk away (plus, in Madrid they now accept contactless card payments!). The breakfast was incredible with a great variety: jamon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and salads, suuuuper tasty fresh cheese and delicious coffee. The hotel also has a nice on-site restaurant and bar - no need to go to the city center, enjoy your meal or drink on the cozy patio. The staff was excellent 🤩

Excellent service. The lovely miss Alba was very diligent and gracious. The location right next to town plaza is perfect. The hotel can serve as a home base and experience the whole town. Great for a romantic retreat <3 !

It was a great value for budget and comfort balance; very close to metro station, facilities clean and in great condition. Comfy bed! Dark room perfect to sleep, very close to airport! Had to take an uber at 5 am and was 13/14 euros.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for a Real Madrid match and the match VIP hospitality was in the hotel before the match. The whole experience was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is super central and just a short walk from the Bernabau Statium We will stay again if we go back to Madrid.
