Earl court station is just about 4-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is near to many stores and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and professionals. Room is clean and comfy. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

I would like to send my gratitude to the manager Helen Tan. She has given us service beyond our expectations. Ellen Kensington has now become my favourite hotel. It’s very convenient from London Heathrow airport. We can take Piccadilly Line from LHR direct to Earl’s Court station. And Ellen is only a few hundred meters away from station. Breakfast is excellent. We were served good quality coffee (not so common in London), and high standard English breakfast. Room is very clean. Everythins is just excellent. It’s definitely 10/10 perfect ten for me

Fantastic hotel in Kensington at about 10 minute's distance to both Earl's Court and Gloucester underground stations. The rooms are not large but they are comfortable and clean. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best we had in all of our UK hotels with so many delicious choices. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Tanin in the dining area who made our daughter "THE BEST" hot chocolate she's ever had. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Xenia!

Lovely stay, just a 2 minute walk to the tube and an M&S grocery store. Comfortable beds, clean room, very tight as expected but still enough space to open a giant suitcase

Location, easy access and customer service

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent staff. Great location. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and will stay again whenever I come to London.
