The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel staff and overall comfort were extremely welcoming. The location was also excellent — I can easily say it ranks among the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far.
On the first day, my room was on the 6th floor and unfortunately there was some noise coming from the air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable. However, my room was changed immediately, and I truly appreciated the prompt support.
Yes, the food and drinks were on the expensive side, but the quality of service I received definitely made it worth it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The location was perfect with an EASY walk to the Victoria train/tube station. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, & spoke many languages. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of seating. Our room was comfortable with an amazing shower! Bonus...5 minute walk to theatres!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful to three travelers from the U.S. The location was within a 10 minute walk of all the underground stations we needed and close to rentable bikes. We were able to find a grocery store nearby and wonderful food as well

My room was equipped with all the comforts I needed, including a wonderfully cozy bed. The the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The team’s dedication to excellence truly stood out. I highly recommend Nayland hotel and can’t wait to visit again!
