We were prevented from staying in the 2-bed we booked due to a reported water leak a few hours before check/in. We had no choice but to downgrade to a 1-bed, 1-bathroom alternative at no reduction in price. Only a one-hour extended check out (we had to leave early-no advantage) but host paid for one additional parking spot for our guest who had to sleep on the sofa & share a bathroom. NOT what we booked.
