perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.

The location was excellent, the pool table and table tennis table was a massive hit with my 12year old son. really clean and will be staying again.

The room was a good size where we stayed , clean and well presented hotel.The bathroom was great with a lovely rainfall shower. There were plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, too. Good nice breakfast with good choice.The location is absolutely fantastic for everything in the city centre and close to the main train station. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I love the location right near shopping and downtown. There was a lovely bar down stairs that also had good snacks. The room was very reasonably priced and super clean and efficient.

It was exactly what I needed for my stay—very comfortable, clean, quiet, centrally located, walkable to transport, helpful staff—all great.

The hotel is located within the city center, barely a short walk away from Oxford Road station, Deansgate station and also the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop, all of them letting you arrive directly from Manchester Airport. I arrived late at night and i found no issue walking with my luggage towards the hotel from Oxford Road st. The front desk reception staff was very friendly, I want to take time to thank Andrew whom was very helpful in giving us pointers about late-night dining options and Charlotte who gave me a very detailed guide to cultural and recreational hotspots of the city. Everyone from the staff were very friendly, from cleaning, maintenance, kitchen and bar who were very friendly and polite whenever I met them at the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style consisting of your standard English breakfast, I not only had no issue with the breakfast but it was of very appropriate quality, with no queues whatsoever to find a place to sit every morning, I was also reminded by the staff to let them know if myself or my companion had any allergies, which we didn't but It's still an important detail for all guests. The two bed room was modest in size but complete with amenities expected for the price, the room was very quiet at night despite my stay being during the Oasis concert weekend which meant there were a lot of people walking outside late at night, despite that the room was comfortable, no noise at all and allowed a quality night's sleep. A very complete and quality experience and i have no issue whatsoever in recommending this hotel for everyone looking for a centric hotel at a reasonable price.
