I booked this for my Mother & Brother. They both said the Hotel, Staff & Facilities were excellent and will definitely book again next year.

The hotel is in the stadium, which means there is ample parking, and it is also in the town centre with many restaurant options in less than 5 mins walking distance. The breakfast options were good, and they catered to porridge too. The room I stayed was overlooking the pitch, and I would have loved to stay and watch a game, brilliant view!

I have to be honest - I have tried to avoid this Hotel chain over the past few years, but booked this as it was within easy distance of where my event was. I was very positively surprised by the Hotel. It was accessible, clean, comfortable, everything in the room was well appointed and the staff were beyond helpful! The event I attended was a late one and driving back in, the car park was all secure and I was able to enter as there was ANPR - this made me feel really safe and secure too.

Very accommodating and pet friendly We had a lovely meal in the lounge, all staff were very polite. Couldn't fault it.

I feel so rude as I've forgot the guys name on reception but in my defence I literally dropped off my bags went to a birthday bash returned at about 3ish a little drunk got up about about 9ish to catch my train but he was excellent. Helped me to find the hotel and even stood outside on the main road so I could see him so 10/10.

Room was lovely and clean . Bed comfortable great location. Staff were lovely and would stay again.

Close to every thing, good location to visit with people we know from the area.

Getting the keys was easy. The host was welcoming and efficient. Everything was spot on which contributed to a stress free stay. Location was ideal for me being 10 mins from my place of work. Easy access to Motorway for onward travel. Would recommend this facility.

Comfortable accommodation with yummy food right under your nose. Breakfast was delicious, vegetarian option of Full English was very appreciated. Dogs allowed and welcomed. Large car park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have foolishly forgot a piece of luggage and Neil have done everything and more to get it to us. Not all heroes wear capes, some of them just work in Red Lion.

Great little find for a 1 night stay. Comfortable spacious room with tea/coffee and shortbread. The staff were really friendly and we made use of the next door country spa for the daytime and were able to borrow towels from the hotel which was perfect. Really close to Bury where we had lovely dinner at Thai Smile (also highly recommend).

All staff were extremely helpful and polite 🙂 Great location, great food, lovely atmosphere.

just love everything about this hotel - we use it regularly for family gatherings - nothing too much trouble - its becoming a home from home for myself & my visiting family - thank you Novotel Worsley

Hello Hotel has always been a good place to stay. The rooms are always clean and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. We always stay here when we come back to Manchester, the hotel is very well situated for buses into town and back as well.
