Good location. Friendly staff. Simple, fast elevators, good use of space although rooms are small. Never crowded and loved just walking in and going right to the elevators which we never had to wait for. Showers were perfect.

This hotel has something special 🙂. One of the best overall pleasent stay and expiriance i had. Maybe is just Hong Kong vibe, but somehow all about thisn hotel and stay was just perfect.
Hotel location is 9/10 and very close to all you need, view from the partial harbor room is amazing, same as service in hotel.
Will return back in Octobar.

We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

Room was larger than what you would normally get in HK. Worth what you pay for
Had hotel breakfast and it was a sumptuous spread. Loads of different options were available and they even had non-dairy options for latte :)
