Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge & 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred. On the occasion that our residences are required for social or commercial purposes, our Sales team would be most delighted to assist. Please contact us for more information.

We would like to reiterate your safety and the well-being of our team members remains as our top priority. Please be aware of K11 ARTUS health and safety guidelines of which you are required to observe and oblige at all times.

K11 ARTUS has the final right to interpret the requirements for providing the accommodation.

In compliance with the latest regulation under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603), which mandates licensed hotels to charge for the supply of disposable plastic products, K11 ARTUS will apply a charge of HKD 1 per room per night for disposable toiletries.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform K11 ARTUS of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
