The location of the hotel is amazing. 7 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes away from the center. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Florence again. The breakfast is also complete. Rooms comfortable and very nice amenities.

Newly renovated hotel. The room was huge and modern. Big bed and very comfortable. Minibar, lock, work space, hangers, AC, complementary water, soundproof windows. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also have a mini cafe where you can fill your bottles with cold and sparkling water if you prefer. The hotel is located a few blocks from the central station and the Duomo, with many shops and restaurants nearby; it's a prime location. I would definitely stay again

Everything. By far, this has been one of the best places I have booked in Europe, specially, in Italy. Location is central, yet on a very quiet street near to amazing Trattorias. Clean, lovely design, everything looks modern and stylish. But aside from all those amazing features, Pierpaolo is without hesitation, the best host I have come across in my life. He recieved us personally to show us everything, made us feel at home while also respecting our privacy. He recommended us an amazing restaurant where we had lunch, and was very attentive of small details that we trully appreciated. For instance, he knew we had a wedding while visiting Florence and before we arrived to get ready for the event, he already left an ironing table prepared and ready for us inside our room so that we could iron our gowns. I will definetly recommend this accomodation to ANYONE going to Florence, and I hope to come back very soon to such a lovely Maison. I enjoyed every single minute I stayed there.

We absolutely loved our room. It was so spacious and bright. The view from the room was spectacular. The hygiene was also top notch. We also loved the location it was near all the main attractions, right next to piazza Duomo. There’s a delicious focaccia place downstairs called Fermentino. Daniele was so kind and gave us a warm welcoming, thanks for everything.
