We had a great stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to use the spa facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff was very accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from the SMN train station. The city center is close-by, about 20 minutes by foot.

The location of the hotel is amazing. 7 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes away from the center. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Florence again. The breakfast is also complete. Rooms comfortable and very nice amenities.

The location is superb - a two minute walk from the tram, I got out of the airport, into a tram and came straight to the hotel and probably walked a total of less than 5min out of the airport to the hotel. The location is super convenient, it's a good place to be if you need to take the train to either the Florence airport or from the Santa Maria train station to somewhere when you check out bc you can also leave your luggage with them at the front desk :)
Service - staff at desk check in is amazing! I think one of the best experiences I've ever at in Italy at a hotel and I've stayed at many. Super welcoming, very accommodating, really friendly and all around very helpful. I personally made a hiccup in my itinerary and had to stay an extra night, and they helped me extend my stay for another night with ease. Thank you so much to Goli who helped me check in but went the extra mile to really feel welcome with my stay here!
Rooms - rooms are petite as all rooms in Italy city centers are, but has everything you need and is clean. I stayed in a single bedroom with my giant luggage and felt like there was still enough space for me to be comfortable. I loved that there is a desk for anyone who needs to work out of the hotel room.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are awesome they are always smiling and willing to help at anytime, once i checked in i found a message on the bed from the hotel management which is great thing to start my stay with and since that i was already happy i chose them

Breakfast was fantastic, all good products and very tasty. The location is very close to the train and bus central stations that is very good for connections to other cities including to visit near by places like Siena, Pisa and Lucca. It also walkable to main attractions and also you have bus and tran urban services in less than 5 minute walk. Room with good space and all clean. Bathroom , shower and cleaning excellent. There is a small refrigerator, but it lacks a freezer compartment; that could be improved. A perfect place near good restaurant and gelatos. It's a very well place that I recommend

The Hotel was located very near the train station. It also had a lift which is very convenient if you have trolleys. They also allowed me to leave my bags there as I arrived around 9AM. The area outside the building felt very safe and well lighted at night. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shops which make it a very convenient location.
The room I was given was very beautiful, seems newly renovated. It had a high ceiling, tiled floors, and air conditioning. Loved the interior of the room and wish I stayed for more than one night! Would definitely book here again if I go back to Florence.

The location is ideal — most attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.
If you enjoy local desserts, this is definitely the place to visit. Don’t miss the tiramisu, freshly prepared every morning by the manager’s mother in the traditional Italian way — absolutely delicious and authentic.
