We took one of the suites. The room is super comfy. The spa is a very good asset after a long day visiting the city. The view on the Ponte Vecchio is great. The breakfast is exceptional. Between the fresh fruits and the juices, the focaccias and the warm food, it's the best way to fill your body before going on expedition. But keep some space for the food you'll find in the city. And forget about your diet. For the rest, the staff is super nice and efficient. With very good advices about the city.

It’s right in the centre, everything was really close. Staff we’re amazing and helpful, they showed us a map of the city and recommended places we could visit. Staff in restaurant we’re also nice every time I sit in the reception someone comes and ask if want to eat or drink something.

Our stay was brief, but truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience unforgettable was the warm welcome and kindness of the reception staff. The care and attention given to guests made us feel at home from the very first moment. We would definitely love to come back!

Location was perfect. Right by the train station. Walking distance to all major sites. Breakfasts were very good with lots of variety. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was large.

The hotel is wonderful, room is big, very clean and well equipped with everything you might need for a few days stay. The location is great, it’s in a nice street really close to Santa Maria Novella. Breakfast is perfect, it has enough choice for anyone and everything is so delicious!

Very friendly staff, informative and polite. Clean and spacious facilities. Slippers and toothbrush were complimentary. Very quiet, but central location. The lock to the room opens by card which is very convenient. Can store your luggage before check in or after.

Great location with a family room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome, even arriving very late at night. Having bag storage available was ideal, after we checked out and allowing us to explore the city throughout the day. We had a very short stay but it was perfect for our needs during our time there.

A beautiful hotel and when you arrive you are told it is actually an active palace that you are staying in. We stayed in a river view room. The room was beautiful with amazingly high ceilings. We loved the breakfast room too!
