We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Hoxton in Florence. From check-in to check-out, we were on cloud nine.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and both the hotel and our room were gorgeous and impeccably clean. The breakfast was something we genuinely looked forward to every morning, amazing food + delicious coffee + friendly staff. :)
Bonus: The hotel offers a WhatsApp service, which makes it easy to request things like room service or adapters for electronics – and they always responded within just a few minutes. We were so impressed!

The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Previously a Palazzo the hotel is stunning, rooms light and airy and the view over the beautiful gardens was perfect

The hotel was close to all the tourist spots and the room was spacious and clean. The temperature in the room was also very easy to adjust (unlike other hotels in Italy I've stayed in), making my stay very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and personable, making sure that you're having a great time. There was an older gentleman on staff at the front desk who assisted with my check-in (I didn't get his name); he was hilarious and is a great resource for anyone visiting Florence for the first time.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest when I was visiting so I didn't get to hang out at the rooftop terrace for very long. But I would highly recommend anyone visiting to spend some time there as the views are breathtaking.
