Amazing property and location, very clean, but the staff who made it great, all of them were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is very attentive and always willing to help and meet our needs. The breakfast is excellent and varied.

The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Previously a Palazzo the hotel is stunning, rooms light and airy and the view over the beautiful gardens was perfect What makes this hotel stand out is the staff who always go that little bit extra to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, they set the standard for other Four Seasons around the world

The rooms, especially the historical suites, are absolutely stunning! The food in the restaurant was great, too. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They provided us with complimentary room upgrades and a birthday cake, which we hadn’t even asked for. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel, thanks to the care and hospitality of each employee.

The location is perfect and close to all the touristic attractions.

The Gold Artè Collection is a quiet place just a three-minute walk from the cathedral. With just 14 rooms, it is a charming, small and thus very personal place. The staff and management are very friendly. We felt very welcome and almost at home. As it is a newly rebuilt hotel, everything is clean and shiny, and everything works. The whole place is air-conditioned, but almost silent with a very soft air stream. The breakfast buffet is small but contains everything you need. The fruit is freshly cut, the eggs are cooked to order and the homemade cheesecake is awesome. If you want a place to withdraw from the bustling city, then this is the place to book. If you're feeling peckish, the Goose Bistro, which is part of the hotel, is always open and serves small meals. And, incidentally, the gold in the hotel's name is well deserved: the appliances are gold and the marble in the bathroom has golden veins. In short, this is a golden place to be, in terms of both its design and management.

Our stay was brief, but truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience unforgettable was the warm welcome and kindness of the reception staff. The care and attention given to guests made us feel at home from the very first moment. We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was very nice. TOP LOCATION AND GREAT OWNER, which showed us the main attractions of the city and what to do while our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe.

Extremely friendly staff, always available. Amazing view of the Florence from the room. Good location of the hotel, near the centre and almost all major attractions are close by, reachable by walk.

The hotel was close to all the tourist spots and the room was spacious and clean. The temperature in the room was also very easy to adjust (unlike other hotels in Italy I've stayed in), making my stay very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and personable, making sure that you're having a great time. There was an older gentleman on staff at the front desk who assisted with my check-in (I didn't get his name); he was hilarious and is a great resource for anyone visiting Florence for the first time. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest when I was visiting so I didn't get to hang out at the rooftop terrace for very long. But I would highly recommend anyone visiting to spend some time there as the views are breathtaking.

Unbeatable location. Super clean and beautiful! You cannot get any better in Florence. The staff is super kind and they provide very clear instructions and advice to enjoy the city. I cannot recommend it more!

We enjoyed the property’s delicious and healthy breakfast menu! The hotel interiors by Italian designer James Cavagnari are elegant, low-key and very comfortable. The hotel welcomed us most warmly, headed by their GM Manuela; their front desk managers Lavinia, Tomasso and Nazila; the F&B servers Gunther and Sinda; and concierge Fabrizzo. Our well-appointed bedroom with en suite living area and study felt like home. It was elegantly decorated with linen, soft pillows and a most comfy bed! The T&B was elegant and spacious. Their elegant dining room is an area to relax and unwind. Palm trees, woven cane furniture and a lovely skylight brought a joyful and airy atmosphere to our beeakfasts. The reception area was warm and welcoming; and the bar & lounge was beautiful, handsome & quietly elegant with velvet & tasseled lounge chairs & marble tables. The location is quiet and within minutes by foot the Duomo, the Arno and to restaurants and shops. The service of every member of the hotel was stellar. Truly so warm, accommodating and kind!

This was a small hotel that really delivered! The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were updated with cool AC system (which isn't as common in Italy as it is in the US) and very clean and cozy. My favorite parts of our stay was the hidden tower included in our room AND the smell of the entire building -- there's a perfumery in the same building as the hotel so it always smelled so, so nice throughout the day. Florence is small, so most hotels are close to many sites, but this hotel was across the alley from a nice restaurant and a wine window. We loved it here.

It is a lovely hotel in an old building from the 14th century, if I remember correctly. The place, the rooms are wonderful and the staff are amazing as well. Thank you again for the great stay!
