This place was very cozy and lively, with activities always going on to keep things fun and engaging. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was super convenient to use the common area downstairs to heat or cook something whenever needed. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely visit again!

The staff attention and kindness was amazing. The apartment was more than what I expected. The space, cleanliness, amenities and comfort was superb. The location is very convenient and having a 24hrs supermarket on the same street was very useful. Thank you!!

Clean and well equipped for our stay, absolute black out shutters which provided noise reduction and zero light to allow us a great sleep after jet lag. 2 modern heat pumps which worked perfectly while it was 34-38 degrees outside . Very comfortable and great central location to train station and supermarket. Cute balcony to sit and enjoy the vista.

A Fantastic Stay in Milan!
My recent stay at the a&o Hostel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Paula at reception, who was particularly kind and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The entire reception team was always on hand to answer questions, provide local tips, and assist with anything I needed throughout my trip.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best parts of the hostel was that they serve delicious pizza, even late into the evening. It’s the perfect treat after a day or night out. The combination of a great team, excellent facilities, and thoughtful perks made my stay truly memorable. I'll definitely be back!

The staff were honest. We accidentally left my phone in our room and realized that I didn’t have my phone when we were already in Venice. They have acknowledged that they have my phone and was able to send it directly to me to United States where I reside. The shipping process was very quick and cost was minimal. I highly recommend this hotel. Honestly is the best policy 👍👍👍👍👍

So clean, great nice staff and they always laugh at you. Amazing location, extremely delicious breakfast. Very comfy bed. Hot water in bathroom.
