Great hotel and service. Each staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast options. Good location in front of a metro station. 2 shopping malls nearby and vibrant neighborhood. Gated parking lot. I was offered room upgrades for a small additional fee, which was a good deal.

Cozy rooms and modern facilities

The facilities are being rehabilitated, and once you get into your room, they are beautiful! But, getting in is problematic. There’s no front desk, just an old table on the first floor with staff sitting there (maybe). After returning from the concert last night, I found a man, who looked highly confused, on a phone call trying to figure out how to get into his room. The fact that there’s no formal counter, or an attendant on site 24/7 is discouraging.

A Fantastic Stay in Milan! My recent stay at the a&o Hostel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Paula at reception, who was particularly kind and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The entire reception team was always on hand to answer questions, provide local tips, and assist with anything I needed throughout my trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best parts of the hostel was that they serve delicious pizza, even late into the evening. It’s the perfect treat after a day or night out. The combination of a great team, excellent facilities, and thoughtful perks made my stay truly memorable. I'll definitely be back!

Many people have mentioned this before, but the hosts were absolutely wonderful and so incredibly helpful! The breakfast was also superb. I immensely enjoyed my stay and the comfort of the room, as well as how close it is to the subway.

The room where the breakfast is offered is spacious and does offer different options for the guests. We were there with our kids, and they found the waffle machine very interesting because it could be used by the guests to make their own waffles and they loved that experience!

The location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was right next to the red metro line, so getting to the center of Milan was really easy. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, and everything was really tasty.

The staff were honest. We accidentally left my phone in our room and realized that I didn’t have my phone when we were already in Venice. They have acknowledged that they have my phone and was able to send it directly to me to United States where I reside. The shipping process was very quick and cost was minimal. I highly recommend this hotel. Honestly is the best policy 👍👍👍👍👍
