So clean, great nice staff and they always laugh at you. Amazing location, extremely delicious breakfast. Very comfy bed. Hot water in bathroom. The staff were honest. We accidentally left my phone in our room and realized that I didn’t have my phone when we were already in Venice. They have acknowledged that they have my phone and was able to send it directly to me to United States where I reside. The shipping process was very quick and cost was minimal.
