This place was absolutely amazing. Peaceful, romantic, and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed here for our anniversary, and the hosts made it feel truly special. They prepared the room with heart-shaped balloons, and in the evening we received kombucha with glasses and snacks — such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. What I did not know when booking was that at the end of the property there is also a shared garden/courtyard area with a beautiful view over the Venice sea canal. You can sit there for breakfast or simply relax while watching the water and the boats passing by. Such a charming and authentic detail! And probably the best part: this island itself feels like a hidden escape from the tourist crowds and noise of Venice. Coming back here after the busy city felt peaceful, intimate, and almost unreal.

The location was fantastic, close to the boat station that would take you to St.Marco, but quiet and romantic, 2m from the sea. Apartment was clean, spacious, kitchen had everything you need, bathroom too. You could leave your bags before and after the check in/out in the center at the main hotel, so you could walk without bags.

Fantastic location in Giudecca near restaurants and bars. The ferry was only steps away and the host was very accommodating and responsive! The apartment is beautifully renovated with a great little outdoor area.

This is perfect place to stay when you travel in Venezia. It is located in Giudecca island where you will see beautiful view of San Marco Square from there. Neighborhood is very quiet but there are lots of cafes and restaurants. There are grocery stores so it is fun to go and buy some local stuff. The hosts are amazing, easy to reach out and respond very quick (we didn't have any issues during our stay at all). I will def come back to this apartment when I return:)

It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood and having the privacy of the apartment was wonderful. Easy boat trip across the canal to go for tours or other things, but nice restaurants in walking distance as well. Hosts were professional and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure i enjoyed my stay.
