Awesome location in the heart of Amsterdam’s historic canal district. Close to grocery store. Can take a canal cruise 5 minutes from the apartment. Hosts are super nice and friendly, easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. Many places to eat around and a short walk to Central Station. Apartment was very clean and hosts left tasty snacks and wine for is to enjoy.

Hotel Internationaal is located in a historic street, a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station and Dam Square. There is free Wi-Fi and a maritime bar.

It place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, the pod capsules allowing you to fully close yourself off, the bathroom and showers including soap etc. To be honest, I was quite surprised to find out that this place was actually looked in the red light district and somehow I feared for a restless night, which luckily was unfounded; I slept great. (Note: I stayed here during what I think was a rather quiet week day, so I can't speak for the days (closer to) the weekend) Having the possibility to borrow a towel and locker - with deposit - is also a really nice service as compared to other places where you have to pay for it. All in all this place exceeded my expectations, deserves my appreciations and credits! I will definitely revisit when I need to be on that side of Amsterdam again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee was always available and there were fresh croissants every morning . The location was also great as it’s a very short walk to the train station, and restaurants, bars and shopping were all within walking distance.
