We really loved our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptionally personal and attentive, the room was spotless and perfectly equipped, and the location is right in the city center. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning panoramic view, and free parking in the building is a big plus. A special thank you to Margarida, Sid, and Miguel for their outstanding hospitality. They even left fresh croissants every morning, and surprised my wife with a bottle of sparkling wine and a personal birthday note, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town.

From start to finish everything was perfect. We had their driver pick us up at the airport and he was great. Our flight was delayed and the driver kept excellent communication with us, as well as the apartment. The apartment was great, clean, comfortable and great location. Restaurants and cafes easy walking distance. Communication with the apartment was excellent, any questions asked I received prompt responses. We loved our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this apartment.

We liked everything about this property, the photos give a very good idea about the excellent condition of the house and its facilities. As we rented a car, the location was very convenient to drive downtown or take the highway. It was always possible to park the car next to the house. The communication with the host was always professional, friendly and we felt he was always ready to accommodate our needs. The self-check in and out were easy and straightforward. Thanks a lot for the welcome present and the Christmas tree and decorations!

I really recommend this place! It is very spacious, very clean, it has all the amenities needed. The view is also one of a kind! It was close to the center, but in a quiet area!
